By accessing or using Platrly ("the Service"), operated by OLeary Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including organization owners, managers, and any other individuals who access the Service through your account.
Platrly is a task and checklist management platform designed for food service and hospitality businesses. The Service allows businesses to create, assign, and track operational checklists and tasks across one or more locations via a mobile application and web dashboard.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Access to the full features of Platrly requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. The price is shown in the store before you confirm the purchase, and we don't add any other fees. By subscribing, you also agree to that store's terms.
If your subscription starts with a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Because payments are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are handled by them under their refund policies. You can request one through Apple or Google Play. If you run into a billing problem, contact us and we'll help.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
Platrly offers optional SMS alert notifications for missed checklists and tasks. By providing your phone number in the account settings and enabling SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Platrly at that number.
Message frequency varies based on your checklist activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings or by disabling SMS alerts. SMS notifications are sent via Vonage and are subject to carrier delivery.
We collect usage data (such as screen views, navigation and in-app actions) and record sessions in the signed-in dashboard and app to fix bugs and improve the Service. Recordings can show what's on screen, including checklist and employee details, but never passwords. This data is processed by PostHog. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including organization information, checklists, tasks, and employee records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by OLeary Software LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
Platrly is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chick-fil-A, Inc. or any other restaurant brand. Names such as Chick-fil-A and CFA are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility, such as importing a team from a CFA PIN Report.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLeary Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
You may cancel at any time by cancelling your subscription in the App Store or Google Play, and delete your account and data from the app or our delete account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
